- The continually stabilising political environment
- Continued political and economic reforms are being implemented to generate growth and to attract FDI
- Strong and improving economic fundamentals
- Significant growth potential across all sectors of the economy
- Positive growth in the non-oil private sector

- We have a strong knowledge and understanding of the market

AMI's strategic relationship partners are able to offer the following services to AMI clients:
Structured debt solutions, whether for project financing, business development or simply asset financing. We use the approach of looking at the inherent value within the asset(s) and how best to leverage the "equity" value in the asset to create the most efficient capital structure for financing. Additionally, assessing the BIS implications, for any structure as a means of reducing a bank's risk weightings in the capital structure, is imperative to ultimately reduce the cost of borrowing for our clients.
Financial advice to clients from either a business perspective or a singular project / business stream perspective. Reviewing the client's business and methods of achieving their objectives we then advise them on the best methods of achieving the correct financing whether debt, equity, a hybrid or a combination thereof. In addition to this, we can act in a pure negotiation advisory capacity for a client who is looking for a stronger presence when dealing with a bank.
This service comes in two forms:
- Manage a client's portfolio of assets; and / or
- Appointed manager of an asset or financial product that we have designed for our clients
